I was able to setup my sub, beam, and ones as surround but when I try to set up my tv it says setup error. Please check connections, device is plugged in, or settings for time and date. I’ve done all of those and still get the same message.

To clarify, do you mean your having trouble configuring the Beam to work with your TV? What brand//model TV is it? Are you connecting by HDMI-ARC or by optical connection?
