Hello @ronnyrostad, and welcome to the Community. @melvimbe is absolutely correct. The Play:5 can only be bonded as rear surrounds to your Playbase. This is because the Playbase like the rest of our soundbars has ability to output left, right, and center audio channels.

However, if you want some extra sound to go with your Playbase, you could group your Play:5s to it in the Sonos application. The Play:5s will output the front channel audio only,  and will not respond to volume commands from your remote as they are technically not the same room as your Playbase.

If you do choose to group them. Keep in mind that you may experience audio delays or drop outs, as sending TV audio wireless to non bonded (Not a surround or Sub) speakers puts extra strain on your network.

Separate front speakers are not support in Sonos home theatre options, with exception of using the Sonos amp to power 3rd party passive speakers.

What. And i can not connect sub with sterio par?

Does it work with play 5 on the soundbar?

Yes, you can connect a sub to a stereo pair.  You can connect the sub to your playbase as well.

Not exactly sure what you’re asking.  If you’re asking if you can use play:5s as front speakers with a playbar, the answer is no.  As I stated before, separate front speakers are not support in Sonos home theatre options, with exception of using the Sonos amp to power 3rd party passive speakers.

You can use play:5 as rear surround speakers.
