Playbar Voice not syncing with TV

If I rewind any channels and then try to play it, the voices on the TV don’t coincide with the sound coming out of the play bar meaning they talk and then the sound happens seconds later?  Has anyone had this issue? Were you able to fix it?

If you find that the audio is lagging behind the video, try rebooting your source device (e.g., DVD/Blu-ray player, game console, cable box) and your TV. 

If the problem continues, please contact the manufacturer of the device to see if there is any additional audio processing that can be disabled.
