Playbar not playing sound when watching TV....sound working playing music

Last night our playbar stoped playing sound when watching TV through our cable provider (Consolidated Communications). Sound works when playing music via the app. If we switch source to Apple TV the sound works. Would appreciate suggestions from the community....have submitted a trouble ticket to Sonos Tech Support (161119-001431)

I was able to resolve the issue by resetting my Consolidated Communications set up box.
