Playbar failure

it appears that playbar is not powering up. Unit is plugged in. 

Unit worked in the evening. Following morning was dead.  Looking for causes and remedies.  The error message received is unit is “not configured”.

Welcome to the Sonos community and thank you for reaching out.

I would like to recommend starting with the basic troubleshooting steps.

  1. Reboot the router. (unplug the router from power and plug it back after 10-15 seconds).
  2. Once internet service has been restored, reboot the Sonos device connected to the router via ethernet cable.(unplug the Sonos device from power and plug it back after 10-15 seconds).
  3. After the Sonos device is done booting up (goes to a solid white light), reboot the next Sonos device wirelessly connected.
  4. Please proceed on rebooting until all Sonos devices have been rebooted.
  5. Once all of the above steps have been completed, force close and re-open the Sonos app.
  6. You may also want to refer to this guide on how to identify light status on your Sonos devices to better understand light status on the Sonos devices.
