playbar appears hung

Very strange issue occurred this morning. Was playing music through my playbar and bedroom speakers and it just died. The playbar (which has the LAN connection) shows a solid white light, however is not detected by the controller. Further if I unplug for >10sec and hold the mute button and plug it back in it does not reset and goes back to a solid white light. Any ideas?

I'd recommend that you contact Sonos to discuss it.
Having same issue I just posted in topics as well please let me know what you find out ! My light stays white won’t be reset or anything I haven’t yet connected it by Lan
