playbar and amp wont stay connected.

Ever since my WiFi network changed I have. To been able to utilize my sub. 

I have hard wired both the play bar and sub to my home network and finally got the playbar to talk with the app.   I had the sub woofer connected for a short period after I had it hard wired, but since then it hasn’t connected.

If it is working while wired, but not when it isn’t, I’d suspect one of three things.

First would be wifi interference in the 5Ghz range, which is what the PLAYBAR would be using to connect with the SUB.

Second would be the “WiFi” part of the PLAYBAR being turned off, so it can’t use the antenna to connect with the SUB.

Finally, and least likely, would be an issue with the WiFi system on the PLAYBAR, so if that is the case, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this issue, and either post the number here, or contact Sonos Support to discuss it. 

I usually suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available, but are only available Monday through Friday during business hours. Both the Twitter and Facebook support folks are available 24/7.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

By the way, why does your thread title mention an amp, but the content talk about a SUB?
