I have a Pioneer tv that doesn't have the input on the back that the Sonos play bar fits, is there an adapter of some sort that will work?

Probably looks like this:

That shows there is an optical output, labeled Optical Digital Out. If you’ve got it mounted to the wall, I’d probably get a 90 degree adapter, and connect the optical cable between that port, and the PLAYBAR. I’d then go in to the settings for the TV, and make sure the optical port was turned on, and set to send a Dolby Digital signal out. Then I’d double check the audio settings on all devices connected to the TV to ensure that they’re also sending a Dolby Digital signal to the TV. And that’s only Dolby Digital, not Dolby Digital Plus, not DTS, not ‘Best Available’.
