No sound on Playbase and Apple Tv 4k

Hi everyone, I have a Playbase + Sub + 2 Play 1connected to my Lg 55b6v 4k. When I use the app like Netflix on the Tv, everything is ok, but when I use my Apple Tv 4k there is no sound. I restart the Apple Tv, the Lg but the problem is still there.

The Sonos home theatre products only accept Dolby Digital and stereo/PCM signals. If the Apple TV is sending, for example DD+ or DTS, the  Playbase will not accept the signal. 

I’d agree with nik9669a’s suggestion, and add some additional detail, from my Apple TV 4K device.

Go to Settings > Video and Audio > Audio Format > New Format and change it to Dolby Digital 5.1, which will force the Apple TV to encode anything being sent out as Dolby Digital, instead of the most frequent (I think)  DTS signal.
