No sound, music or tv, from surrounds

I'm getting nothing from my two play:1 surround speakers connected to my playbase. It was all working fine, I went on holiday, and upon my return the play:1s are silent.
Tried everything I can think of, including removing, re-adding, adjusting all the settings and finally factory resetting everything. Still nada. Any ideas?

Thanks for sending in the report. It looks like there's something going on with the wireless card on your Playbase. This is why your surrounds aren't playing audio as they normally connect through the Playbase's wireless connection. In this case it would be best to have our phone team take a look.
