New Surround Setup : Arc (Front) + Amp (Sonance Rear) + Sub

Hi I am building a surround sound set-up from scratch but my priority is invisibility (small children destroy things).

My plan is:

Arc = Front L/R + Centre

Amp = Rear L/R (Sonance In-Wall)

Sub = Sub

From reading things on this forum and the Sonos FAQs I think this set-up will work and will be compatible with TruePlay...am I correct?

Thanks from a beginner!

This setup will work just fine and is fully compatible with Trueplay.

If you happen to be getting a new TV, be sure it is equipped with HDMI eARC.

BIG WARNING on rug-rats and the Sub!

Get one of the slip covers to go over the Sub or make something similar.

If you decide not to there are great threads here on getting kids stuff back out of the Sub.

Well great for folks looking for entertaining posts, not so good for folks needing a good method.

Two different brands:

This is a great idea Stanley - thank you - mine are more like rug demons than rats!

As a grand-parent, apparently I’m not allowed to mention Zip-Ties or Duck-Tape as grand-child solutions so we had to go another direction. :-)
