The BT remote control is configured to operate a Samsung TV and Sonos playbar. When the sound is muted then unmuted, the sound does not return and does not respond to the volume control on the BT remote control. When open the Sonos app, the volume control indicates the sound is still muted or at a very low volume setting. To get the sound to come on one has to unmute it or increase the volume, on the app. The volume control on the BT remote functions again. This is extremely frustrating. Any ideas why this is happening and how to eliminate the problem?
