Lip Synch Issues
I have a play bar, sub and play 1s as surrounds. I have Foxtel feed via hdmi to Sony tv with optical out to play bar. I have slight delay with sound vs visual. I can't find anything to adjust this. The issue is the sound is behind the visual. What could be the solution here? It's on ac3 on Foxtel iq2. Thanks.

It is likely both your TV and your Foxtel box are able to apply audio delay. Check both and make sure delay is set to zero.
