LG CX9, Sonos Arc, Apple TV 4K sound control

I recently updated my LG webos software version to 03.21.18 and lost the ability to turn volume up or down on my Sonos Arc through the Apple TV 4K remote. Has anyone else had this issue as everything worked perfectly before!

Now I can’t vol + / - using the Apple TV 4K remote. Is it a bug in software update, or something else? Any tips appreciated 
 

My set-up:

TV - [LG] webOS TV OLED65CX5LB

Speaker - Sonos Arc

Media player - Apple TV 4K

That worked. Many thanks. I had simply powered the units down before but hadn’t unplugged them and left for a minute. That obviously makes the difference.

Try unplugging your TV, Arc, and Apple TV from power for about a minute.
