Left surround connected but no sound

I have a home theater setup and recently my left surround (Play 3) stopped playing (no audio) but it is connected to the system.  I can turn the volume and play/pause through the buttons on the speaker.  I have disconnected the speaker, i had removed it from the room and add it again and still no sound.

Hi @momoracing, thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community.

We would need to take a look at the diagnostic. Please take a diagnostic in the Sonos App and reply with the confirmation number.

Settings > Help & TIps > Submit Diagnostic.

If you could also test if playing music on it as stand-alone speaker still has the same issue.

Update us with your findings.

 

Called Sonos and it the problem was fixed by removing the 2 surround speakers from the home theater and adding back.  All back to normal.
