Is Sonos Worth the Money if App doesnt work, support doesnt pick up and email goes unanswered? Never had this problem with Bose

Best will not take back a second Sub. Play Bar works and Sub will not connect. White light solid, but App will not add to system. Store will not take back because it is a Sonos problem. How are these issues escalated to Sonos Customer Advocate?

I thought a solid white light meant it was connected. At least it does on my play 1s

Maybe run a diagnostic and post the number here.
