How do I link all of my products together in one room to perform as one cohesive system?

I currently have two Play One’s and two Play 5’s. For some reason I can only pair each 1 and 5 with the other respective 1 or 5, making two stereo (L + R) pairs. The 5’s are in one “room” while the 1’s are in another “room”, despite them all playing in the same space. How can I merge the two pairs into one “room”, and would it be possible to use Trueplay on the combined 4 speakers then? Thanks!

You can’t, due to the way Sonos identifies a ‘room’. You can, and should TruePlay each ‘room’ separately, and the group the two ‘rooms’ together in the Sonos app, so that they will play in sync.
