Home Theater slowing down internet

I recently purchased the Sonos Arc along with sub and two sl to create a surround sound experience.They have taken over my WiFi making it almost impossible for my wireless cable boxes to stream in other locations throughout the home.Any suggestions on how to solve this issue

Hi @Umoja, welcome to the community, and let me help you with your concern. This article about reducing wireless interference would be helpful especially changing the router’s 2.4GHz wireless channel if your Sonos products connect directly to your router’s WiFi network, to see if it improves your performance or If you have a Sonos product connected to your router with an ethernet cable, you can also change the Sonos system’s wireless channel. You can also submit a diagnostic and reply to us with the confirmation number to further check it on our end. Thanks!
