Hi Adamadam

There is no “paring” involved with setting up a Sonos HT system. Please click the link for steps on how to properly setup your Sonos HT. The link contains sub-links for various steps depending upon which Sonos soundbar you are using (i.e. Beam, Playbar, Playbase or Sonos Amp).  The soundbars are the main component to which sub and surrounds are Bonded to.   Let us know if you need additional assistance.

Note: As yours is a brand new setup a Factory Reset may be in order to clear out error codes. Click this link first before preceding to the next:

I factory reset all. My playbar,sub 2 play 1s.

i Reset up each all good

but when it gets to the part of PREPARING all devices to work together it says setup error, check network or power. And it ends there.

Not sure what to do now.

jist trying to get all home theatre products working together

thanks for your help

I don’t think you are following the right procedure. If all your speakers are “set up” but won’t “prepare” together, that implies you’ve set them up as separate rooms.
You need to add the Play:1’s as surrounds speakers, one at a time, and the app will bond them to the Playbar during the setup.
