Hi there

is there a solution where I can use a Play5 gen2 for front/center and two Play3s(rear left/right) and a connect for a tv setup.

Really appreciate the help!

Welcome to the community @clem_lai. The Play: 5 Gen 2 is not compatible for a center channel speaker in a Home Theater setup. Only Home theater products such as the Sonos: Amp, Playbar, Playbase or Beam would take the role of the front left, front right and center speaker. You can also add a pair or Play:1s, Sonos Ones or Play:5 (Gen 2) speakers as rear surround.

Connect is useless for TV, no matter how many other speakers you pair with it. TV use requires a device with digital input, so Play*, Beam and Amp.

as controlav says Playbar/Playbase, Beam, or Sonos Amp must be the backbone of any surround type TV configuration.

Then you have multiple options for rear surrounds and of course the terrific Sonos Sub which I think every Sonos user should own one of.
