high pitch noise from playbar

I’ve recently installed a playbar, never been used before and it’s got a constant high pitch feedback noise, which is really annoying. I’ve tried to factory reset, turned it off for 20 minutes, but it’s still there. Anyone had this issue and/or know how to get rid of it? Thanks

Your best bet would be to contact Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I usually suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, they are available Monday through Friday during business hours. The Twitter support folks are available 24/7.
