Need help. I have a Sharp Aqus and am using the optical connections. I think I just need the basic setup to work and can’t find it anywhere.

If you’re still having issues, this link from Sonos Support should help to clarify: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/3402?language=en_US
Fascinating. Would be nice to know exactly what pressing the purple button actually does.
Hi,

I searched many blogs to fix Roku issues. using this guidance I fixed my Roku issues. And I also referred this blog
https://bit.ly/2VfDvI7

> Remove the batteries from the remote.
> Look carefully into the battery compartment of the remote and locate the purple button shown circled in red, below:
> Unplug the power from the Roku.
> Wait for 5 seconds.
> Connect the power back to the Roku.
> Wait for the Roku banner to bounce around on the screen.
> Put the batteries back in the remote.
> Press and hold the purple button in the battery compartment of the remote for 5 seconds.
> Wait for the Roku to finish booting up.

Now you should be good to go.

Hi Pamalot, the Playbar reads IR for the volume controls, so you'll need to see if your Roku remote is capable of sending volume signals over IR. If you have a model number or other details about the remote, we can check it out here.

There's a thread here with a similar question, it may be for the same version of Roku.
