Beam vs Playbar

I bought a beam a few weeks ago mainly because of its HDMI arc feature. I’ve been impressed with it given its size but had planned to add a sub.

Today however I was given a significant gift from my company for long service and one of the options was a Playbar, sub and two play ones for surrounds. Obviously I grabbed this with both hands. Question is do I swap out the beam for the Playbar or just add the sub and maybe sell the Playbar? Room isn’t massive (5m x 6m) and the beam doesn’t struggle to fill it.

If your happy with the Beam, keep it, and sell the PLAYBAR, keep the rest. While I’m envious of the extra features pod the Beam, I’m still delighted with the wider soundstage of the PLAYBAR….it really boils down to your space, your ears, and your preferences for technology.

Honestly, either way you go is fine. :)
