Audio drops using Apple TV4

Using 2x Sonos One with AirPlay 2 & my Apple TV4, audio drops out every few seconds but also swaps from L & R channels. Audio is also out of sync with video.

These are driving me nuts, and I can’t use this set up to watch anything.

Streaming Spotify, however, is perfect.

Anyone got the same issues?
