App thinks one of my Surround speakers is unplugged EVERY time I open the app when I have left home

Hi Sonos, hope someone can help me!

Set up my playbar and play 1s to have full surround sound in my lounge.
The next day I realise there is no sound coming from the rear speakers, launch the sonos app from my iPhone to the message "It looks like one of your speakers could be unplugged. Go to room settings to see which one is missing."
The only option I have is to 'remove surrounds'
Once this is done and Play 1s re added as the rear speakers everything is fine. But remember the whole process of readding and re-tuning through true play takes a good 5-10mins!

The next day the same thing happens! (i.e have left home gone to work etc etc)

I have so far had to do this 7 days in a row!

Please help how do i fix this??
