Now that Google Assistant is compatible with Sonos Speakers, can you connect an external Google Mini to control the Play 1 speakers. (similar to previous Amazon Alexa devices). Thanxs for your feedback.

There isn't any sort of pairing functionality with GA integration like you currently have with Alexa groups just yet, so there is no defaults. You can't tell your mini "play XXX" and it knows you want to play on the play 1 speaker. You can say "play XXX on YYY" where YYY is the room name for your play 1 speaker.

I'm not sure if I answered your question. "Connect" and "control" can be somewhat non-specific terms that mean different things to different people. There are many different levels of connect and control.
