My Sonos apps don't recognize I live in the US

Hi, I used to live in the UK and bought my two Sonos 3 speakers there in 2015. I moved to the US in 2017 and despite changing my location on my online profile and updating everything, I am unable to access services here in the US, specifically the google assist voice control (it says your country doesn't support this - although US is the only one to support it. I also can't get the Sirius XM station to come up in the service option.
I've deleted the app and reinstalled but that doesn't do anything. I've even got 'Controllers' - new ipad and iphone that I bought here and they don't have the service on.
Can anyone help.
