music won't play

I just installed a Sonos Move as my first Sonos product.  It seems to be correctly connected, and the Google Assistant will answer questions just fine.  But the Google Assistant will not play music!  It says it is playing from Spotify, or from YouTube, or from the radio, but there is only silence.  

I will be grateful for any guidance.

I appreciate your detailed post outlining the issue and I’d like to congratulate you on having your first Sonos product, let me help and try to figure this out.

First, please ensure that any music services you add in the Google Assistant app have also been added to your Sonos system in the Sonos app.

If the above advice was followed and the issue persists, please submit a diagnostic report through the Sonos app and provide us the confirmation number. I'd start by reviewing your system and it can help us identify what is causing this issue.
