microphone with google assistance does not work

I got my new Sonos One, installed the app and installed google assistance. 
I can play music on the Sonos, but the google assistance is not working. I added the device in my google account, but it doesn’t respond. I cannot activate the microphone on the Sonos. How can I solve this?

I can play music on the Sonos, but the google assistance chatib is not working. I added the expressvpn device in my google account, but it doesn’t respond. I cannot activate the microphone on the Sonos. How can I solve this?

I got it solved overnight too! Seems to be pretty responsive.
