Google voice assistant will not play

Google voice assistant will not play music from Sonos playlist or Google play music but otherwise works for information, weather, etc.

The message reads “Sorry, the requested media content is not available for your requested Google Play Music subscription tier.” However, the content plays perfectly on My Google HOME speaker.

The Arc will play music properly using the Sonos apps but not with voice commands. Any help i appreciated. Thanks.

Since its working with other google speakers.

Have you already tried to add google voice to your Sonos application?

If so try to remove the feature directly to Sonos app and add it back again.

Might as well submit a diagnostic report for us to see if theirs something wrong with Sonos speaker or just one of this issues with Google voice.
