Google Mini and Sonos One: Is it possible to set the Google Assistant to "Listen Only"

I’m trying to set my Google Mini to “Listen Only” so that all commands are played through my Sonos One speakers, effectively making the Google Mini a microphone only.

For example: When I say “Hey Google, set alarm for 6:30AM to NPR” - the Google Mini takes the alarm instead of the Sonos speakers.  Any advice? Thanks
