google home and spotify

Both my wife and I have a separate spotify premium account. She is connected to my sonos account. Normally she has no problem connecting to my sonos. However, of she wants to ask google home to play music on sonos through spotify, it responds that her accounts on sonos and spotify premium are not the same and she can’t do it… Is there a way to solve this problem?

I have taken a look at your diagnostic and it appears only one Spotify account has been added. When using Sonos with the Google assistant, Both accounts need to be added on our side as well. I would be happy to provide instructions on Adding a Music Service. Let me know if this works.
