Welcome to the Sonos Community and thank you for reaching out with your issue.
You may want to look at the Google Assistant settings and make sure that Voice & Audio Recording is paused:
Android : Open Assistant App, tap on account in top right, then tap on the 3 dots in the top right, then select "Google Activity Controls" and scroll down to the very bottom and tap on the line to "manage info about installed apps - go to "Your data in the Assistant" " and tap on the "your data in assistant" link and scroll down to "Google Wide Controls" and set "Voice and audio recordings" to paused.
iOS : Open Assistant App, tap on account in top right, then tap on the avatar icon in the top right, then tap the three dots in the top right and then select "Activity Controls" and scroll down to the very bottom and tap on the line to "manage info about installed apps - go to "Your data in the Assistant" " and tap on the "your data in assistant" link and scroll down to "Google Wide Controls" and set "Voice and audio recordings" to paused.
If this feature is already “paused” within your Google Assistant settings, please submit a diagnostic report and include the confirmation number in your response so that we can look into this further with you.
