I have 2 Sonos One's, a sub and a playbase in a suround setting.
The Assistent voice is over my left rear (Sonos One) speaker, is there a way to change it to the other speaker, the right rear?

With Google Assistant integration, it's always the left speaker that is activated. You could physically swap your speakers, but of course, that would cause issues with DD 5.1 playback.
With Alexa, both speakers would be activated.
