Spotify Connect Won't Play Until I Skip Track

I have two era 100s setup in stereo mode and when I connect to them via spotify connect by playing the song, it will connect but no audio will play until I skip the song I wanted to play and go to the next one. The only way I can get it to immediately play the current song I want is to skip to the next one and then go back. This is a minor issue but very annoying so would appreciate a solution. Many thanks

wifi connect to ERA 300

I am unable to connect my new ERA 300 to my wifi networks (both Main and guest Network). The Sonos app sees my wi-fi networks but after entering my user and password, no connection is made.

email confirmation

With all the problems I was having with this update, I tried to change email in Sonos account. They said they would sent an email confirmation, which they never did and now when I go to connect So is to Amazon it won't let me saying you have to confirm your email address. I want to scream. Fix one problem then deal with another. This update has really given me so much headache.

Music library removed and unable to add from Mac Air

Having returned from holiday, I updated the software on my Mac Air to Sonoma 4.5. I noted that my music library had been removed from Sonos and I cannot add even though Sonos has sharing rights with the appropriate folders

I have a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon EVO turntable, ERA 300 speakers, a port Line-in, and a preamp which was part was suggested by your support team. Everything is connected to my Sonos App, but the the sound from the turntable is still incredibly low. Help!The Line-in volume is set to max, but still VERY low sound,

Cant see my amazon music library changes on sonos app

Hi,Relatively new user. If i make changes to My Music on Amazon Music, im not seeing the changes in the sonos app. Im thinking it may have something to do with reindexing but the instructions on the web for how to reindex dont work or appear on my version of the app…Mike

Move 2 wifi and lack of assistance

Very disappointed. In 2024, one should be able to purchase an item from a technology company that connects to wifi and then bluetooth with about 90 seconds worth of effort. One should also be able to reach support services. None of that is happening with my Sonos experience. I’ve rebooted - please don’t tell me to do that. I cannot get past the screen that tells me to go to settings and turn the local network on for Sonos - did that 17 times. Please don’t tell me to try an Android phone. I have an iphone 14 Pro with updated software - like the majority of people on the planet. If your technology can’t work with Apple products, good luck to you. Your help system is poor. First I was tenth in line, then I somehow got moved to 14th - I guess people can jump the line in your virtual system? Then - when asked to confirm if my software was up to date on my phone, in order to do that I had to go to settings - which closed out the chat. New APP and play 1 problem

 My system compromises of a gen 1 beam in my sons games room, A gen 1 beam 2 play ones and a sub in the living room and finally 2 play ones in the kitchen.The 2 play ones in the kitchen have so much lag on play, stop volume up and down etc… the other speakers are fine. Now here comes the head scracher the 2 play ones are in the same room as my Unifi AP and connected to the AP on 5ghz and have a strong signal the other rooms are further away and have dropped to 2.4ghz but they all do not have any lag at all.

Problems with all devices since latest update

I have 5 Sonos speakers distributed throughout house. Since the last update, each time I turn on Sonos, only the Arc in basement shows as ON and always playing the same song. It takes 2-3 times turning it off and turning on all the others (3 Ones and 1 Move2) before it takes. Meanwhile, the screen continues to show that song that is ready to play on the Arc even as the other speakers cycle through dozens of other songs. The app NEVER changes the song shown as playing.Sonos also randomly shuts off a speaker or two and has to be turned back on. Or the whole system just stops playing.

Sonos One - Update (New App)

When attempting to add a new sonos one to my existing system, I am prompted to install the update. I have tried factory resetting multiple times, reset the new app, tried a wired connection - but always end up getting stuck here

following latest app update my system is no longer available

Since I updated my iPhone to the latest app I can no long see my system or any of my devices. I have tried rebooting all of the devices but this makes no difference. Luckily I have not updated the app on my ipad so I can still use this to get by.Can someone please help me fix the issue I have with the app on my iPhone.

Soundbar and Sonos 2

I just purchased a brand new Sonos receiver and the Sonos App does not work. It is a revolving loop of signing in, and the application was deleted, reinstalled, the WiFi is over 600bps. The tech company, which is a Sonos dealer, said it is not the Sonos system, it is the app. The speakers work though the new amp with individual streaming services, but not with the Sonos app. Also, my Sonos Soundbar will not hook up by bluetooth to the Sonos App either. When will the new Sonos App be fixed?

Synology NAS - 2 connect units - 1 works, 1 gives "access denied"

I have 2 connect units on the same LAN but widely separated. I’ll call them C1 and C2.  Recently migrated all music from a Netgear NAS to a Synology NAS.  The connect software is S1 as I have some old speakers that do not support S2.  I’ve configured the Synology NAS to use NLTMv1 and SMB1 as instructed by the Synology community. All playback to speakers in the range of C1 work perfectly.  However any attempt to payback to speakers in the range of C2 fail with an “access denied” message.  Both C1 and C2 point to the same music library on the Synology NAS and have the same usercode/password.  What’s going on?Thank you.

Play 1 : can't restart

Hi, I am losing the will to live! We updated internet to Virgin got a new router and when we tried to connect we encountered problems with one of the speakers.In the meantime the app has been upgraded. I have two Play One (The one that isn't working is the oldest circa 2014/2015 ish)We've tried -- unplugging, pressing play and plugging back in. The light flashes white, flashes oranges and then just keeps flashing organge and doesn't turn to green and so we cant even get to chime. ​​​​- Plugging ethernet cable in still no joy. I've  contacted Sonos support (45 + minute wait) and then a 40 minute call back for a technician to tell me to do the same and that I'd need to buy another Sonos!!! The other speaker is working fine btw. Is this Sonos shutting us out due to age of speaker which was working perfectly until this point? Seems weird that the new version 2018/19 is working fine.. Any ideas, guidance greatly appreciatedNat (dreaming of Bose)
