La nouvelle application c'est de la merde. Je m'attendais à plus se SONOS. Difficulté à régler le volume autant sur Google que sur Apple.  La configuration de l'historique ne fonctionne pas très bien. C'est vraiment misérable, si je pouvais revenir à l'ancien version ce serait excellent.  Moderator Note - Translation by Google:The new app is crap. I expected more from SONOS. New app doesn't recognize that I'm playing from Spotify

I just updated the new app.  I used to find music on Spotify, play on my Sonos system, and then in Sonos I could control volume.  Now Sonos won’t acknowledge that I am playing music from Spotify, instead still showing what was playing before.  Help please.

The new app is unusable!

I'll be lucky to find any speakers when I open my app. Sometimes there's none, sometimes there's one, and sometimes (rarely) they're all there. Used to work fine on the old app - nothing else in the house has wifi issues (Mesh network). If I am lucky enough to find a speaker, I'll play an album and it'll skip the first 3 or 4 tracks, then when it plays it'll stop again. Putting aside any functional deficiencies, the app is not fit for purpose from a technical perspective. I'm just happy I sold my arc/sub/one setup prior to the app release. Best I can do now is to use my roam as a very expensive Bluetooth speaker! Amazed this was released like this.

how to disable an old app alarm

I updated  the  Sonos  app,  and  now  i have  an alarm  every night at  12 am.  This  alarm  does not appear  in  the new app  and  i am not  able to disable it.  Does  somebody know  how  to disable it  if it is not  in the new  app?  thanks  for your help

new app slow and can’t open stored playlists.

The new app is very slow and saved playlists cannot be played, "play this song next" are disappearing. How long is it going to take for everything to work properly again and will we get our money back if it stays this bad.

Recent App Upgrade

Well, I remember a time when I went into a high end audio store several years ago to trade up some of my sonos speakers and they tried to sell me on top notch stuff, while confessing that Sonos had cornered the market in terms of the app. They said no one can really touch it. Best one out there. And then a few weeks ago happened. Honestly, sincerely and with love in my heart for the tech, what did you guys do??? This is hands down the worst "upgrade" I have ever experienced with any type of tech. The app barely responds and if it does, it can take several seconds and then undo what I asked it to do, i.e., lower volume and then it magically goes up. My wife already hates my music and Sonos, but this is literally not helping my marriage. That's how bad it is. It is impossible to navigate. Everytime I try and play something, I have to try two or three different ways until I figure it out again. Completely unintuitive. It's so bad that even though there might be PR ramifications, I would s

Not able to register "Sonos Connect Gen2" after upgrading app (IOS)

The registration of my Sonos commect gen 2 is no loger working. Im able to fint the unit and add it to the list of speakers showing in the app / system settings, but not register it to my account. I have tried to reset the unit, restarted the app, used wi-fi and cat-cabel. No succsess. Any suggestions?

Dolby Atmos on Xbox and Benq x3100i

Hello,I have a Sonos Beam 2 with a pair of Era 100 for surround and a Sub mini. So, the immersive set.My Beam 2 is connected on an Earc hdmi audio return on my BenQ 3100i videoprojector, which is 4k HDR10 and Dolby Atmos.I use my Xbox Series X to watch my movies because it has full compatibility, and work perfectly well with my Sonos home cinema and BenQx3100i videoprojector. My problem is, sometimes it would detect Dolby Atmos (even just using the Xbox) and sometimes not.I tried many hours to understand what makes Dolby Atmos work, or what doesn’t but I cant figure it out. I checked all my settings, on my Sonos, on my Xbox and on my Benq videoprojector. My Xbox says it’s Dolby Atmos compatible, I can actually select the option but, sometimes the sound just won’t come out. Also tried to set threw the Dolby app.Can anyone help me ? Thank you.

Turning off ads in the new Sonos App

How do I prevent your application from advertising to me? I have “in app” deselected for notifications in My Profile but this does not prevent advertisements when I log into your app to control my speakers.  Not a big fan of the new app’s design in general, but it's unacceptable to get advertised at.

Variable Output Option for Sonos Port no Longer Available Since the Latest Update

I am no longer able to set my Sonos port to variable volume output since the new software was updated. Where can I locate this to be able to change the port to variable volume versus fixed volume where it is currently at?

SR P3 suddenly replaced by TriColor on Sonos (not google home). This has happend before. Second time I report it after it has failed again after some 6-8 month of working.There are other threads here (8 months old or so) with the same complaint.

Sonos managed to change an easy to manage app into a complex maze. It is a downgrade. Please fix it. I knew how bad it was. Unfortunately pressed the upgrade by mistake….  I am paying.

Volume control

Is anybody having issues with the most recent update using iPhone not being able to use the physical volume rocker to turn the system up and down? I can’t stand having to go into the app or the now playing on Spotify tap the speaker icon select the speaker then having to use the manual swipe volume option. Or walk up to the speakers to turn it down.

shocking app update

I had issues with the old version of the app as it was so slow. This day and age, with a company with all the tech that sonos have why and we having to put up with such ​​BAD (being polite) app. Is anyone looking to rectify the issues everyone is reporting. Looks like take your money and run. Everything is so slow and takes 2-3 minutes before anything plays on a speaker. The design of the new app is a mess and unclear. Because of the lag you press buttons which don't do anything. I purchased the move 2 to add to my system and unless I use alexa to play music I may as well not bother.

Speakers finally back online and now this

After days of the app telling me my speakers weren't on the network, they finally have shown back up. But now my Living Room, which is set up as a Home Theater system (Arc, 2 300's, and Sub) will play tv sound alway a through the Arc and sometimes through the 300's and Sub, but always shows the living room as music. Anyone know why this junk app now won't treat that room as a theater like it always has and insists it is looking for music? I'm sooooo sick of this. $3k of speakers in this house and 80% of the time they don't show up on the system since this app update and when they do show up, something major is messed up. Over 5 hours on the phone (half of that on hold) and they want to insist it's my router even though the setup worked mainly fine for years before this update.

SONOS S2 Reinstall Successful

I just reinstalled Sonos Controller S2 on my Android cell phone using apkmirror.com It looks OK. All of my playlists, NAS access, radio stations appear to be intact.I used version Sonos 16.1 (arm64-v8a) (nodpi) (Android 8.0+) from March12, 2024

Hardwired Sonos Amp Keeps Cutting Out Since App Update

Hi — ever since the app update, my entire Sonos system is very unreliable and keeps cutting out. I’ve got 1 Amp and 6 SL One speakers. The most frustrating thing is that my Amp (which is hardwired via Ethernet) keeps cutting out the most of all my products. I had no issues with the Amp connectivity all before the app update, if anything it was the One speakers that would sometimes cut out. I have a TP Link 3-router mesh system in my apartment, so it’s seems unbelievable to me that I don’t have a very reliable connection here.For example, I was just playing some music on my system, and the Amp cut out a bunch of times until it completely stopped playing any music and it hasn’t come back on, even though it says it’s still playing in the app. The SL’s cut out too now, but it’s not as bad as the Amp.Without the ability to change the SonosNet channel, I have no clue how to make this better. I never had this issue before updating the app. Any suggestions? Thank you!

new app - can't get past t&cs

New app automatically updated (Android, UK) and worked (if somewhat slow at connecting). Having been away for a week (in UK) and connecting to a different system , I can no longer use my own. On opening the app it doesn't acknowledge my system and any attempt to connect presents me with a terms and conditions page for the US and rest of the world, EXCLUDING Europe.. there is mo option to acceot this. If I attempt to change region I am presented with a blank page. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any advice?
