I have a case of Boosts I bought in September from Sonos, as well as inventory including Play1, Play5, Ports, and Amps.
Sonos app 80.xx just turned my Boosts into bricks, as well as dissabling most of my customers’ systems.
I expect it’s illegal to abandon Boosts so soon after actively selling them. I also expect a very expensive class action law suit will follow.
Unfortunately, I can no longer recomend Sonos to my customers, because I can no longer trust Sonos. You’ve embarrased me for the last time.
Prove me wrong, Sonos. Roll back the update!
