Windows 10 Controller not working

Hi All,

I have looked through the forum and read other issues with Windows 10 controller but have not found a solution.

I have a Soundbar, Two Play1s as Surround, another Play 1 and Play 3. All work fine and can be controlled by iPad and IPhone. They are all on the same network. I have tried to connect using my Windows 10 laptop also connect to the same network but it says We cant connect to Sonos. I have followed the suggestions I have also switched off Windows Firewall and also all of DrWeb security and firewall.

I am using VM Wireless router, and all are connected wirelessly.

It could that the network type of the desktop is on public instead of a private network. Try and follow these steps: if that doesn't help, submit a diagnostic from the computer and post your confirmation number here
