There is a Standard windows app that is downloadable from the Sonos Website. It works on Windows 7 and later and is actually very good, It even works well with touch, although some of the buttons are a little small.
There are some 3rd party apps that are quite good, not as comprehensive as the Sonos one, which I used on Windows 8 RT as that did not allow Win32 programs.

Thank you. The sonos website has a windows desktop app that works well on Windows 10.
