Using PC volume keys to control Sonos volume

Ok I have my Sonos app open and music playing. While working in another program, if I need to turn down, turn up, or mute the volume I have to select the Sonos app, and either move the slidebar or Ctrl+ or Ctrl- to change the volume level. I searched the internet on how to use my PC volume controls to control the Sonos app volume no matter what program I am using.

I found this (https://autohotkey.com/board/topic/89596-control-sonos-system-volume-without-interrupting-your-work/), but I do not have a clue how to go in the registry and change all this, and I do not want to mess things up, so I will not even attempt. I also found this (https://en.community.sonos.com/controllers-software-228995/allow-pc-volume-to-control-sonos-volume-5447077), and the two answers given the links no longer work. Can anyone point me to somewhere or tell me how this can be done? Thank you

I agree with this request, Many of us use use Sonos in an office environment and the ability to control the volume quickly would be very useful indeed.
