Unresponsive Music Library

Managing my music seems to be a major issue. To access the music library seems to take about 5-10mins and then seems to respond very slowly just to locate my iTunes folder. Once loaded it works fine but once I turn off my mac and switch it back on, my sonos system is unable to read the music folder, which will now display as 'null'. How do I stop this from happening?

Sounds like there might be a problem with SMB on that computer. It might also be a problem with the computer's name if it's a Mac. You can go into System Preferences > Sharing. Change the name to be under 15 characters and without any special characters. Then remove your old Music Shares, and add it back in.

If you're still having trouble whenever the computer is rebooted, I'd recommend giving us a call and working with a technician live.
