This morning I went to update my Windows desktop controller since I had already updated my mobile controllers. It loaded with no incident and then I attempted to run the latest update available to it, a dialogue pops up mentioning what the update contains and the option to continue or cancel. After clicking continue it crashed, popping up a message that states, "SonosLaunchUtility.exe - This application could not be started Do you want to view information about this issue?"
I uninstalled the controller, downloaded the latest file offered on the Sonos website, reinstalled. I still get the same crash message. The controller works without issue otherwise.
