Unable to find my Play:1

I have a Sonos Play:1 that I am trying to connect to.
It was previously connected via a Sonos Bridge but I understand that isn’t needed anymore.
 

I have moved to another house with a new wifi network. I installed the Sonos S2 app on my phone (iOS) and my Windows laptop.
But on neither apps can I find the Play:1 via Wifi or connected to the router.
I also don’t have access to the System option in the iOS app and the Windows app just redirects me to the website which tells me to install the iOS app.

So I’m kind of stuck. Is there somebody that can help me with this?
