Unable to download update on phone app or windows laptop

I am unable to download update - continue to get error code 1101. I have rebooted my router and my Sonos. I've deleted and reinstalled the app on each devise. Any assistance is appreciated

Never mind after rebooting everything for the 10th time it finally updated
