Don't spam me in-app with ads for your products, Sonos. It's unacceptable. If you want to guarantee than I don't buy your products ever again, all you have to do is annoy me with a "new message" when I open the app, which turns out to be advertising. Stop it, please. It's very annoying, and I promise you that it's counterproductive.

Proactive is better than reactive. Go here:

Under Profile, you can turn off contact options for both the app and email. All that rage for nothing, I guess.
