system not recognised

My system has been working fine until this morning - now doesn't recognise that I have an account, I've had to sign in as a new user, I can't access Deezer or any of my saved 'favourite' playlists (including xmas playlist i had planned for tomorrow!). I haven't used the system for a few days so I haven't changed anything from my end.
