Picked up a DigiLand DL700D at Best Buy today, $50. Specs are minimal, as expected, but it runs the Sonos app just fine. Not great for a general purpose tablet, but fine as a dedicated remote. Had to set the font size to "huge" to get readable text, but it's pretty good now, in spite of 480X800 resolution.

Hmmm, I dunno, I'll check tonight. Note that you can also cast to Sonos directly from the Google Play Music app, so maybe that's an option to try...

Here's a screenshot of the cheapie tablet casting to Sonos from Google Play Music.

Does it display long song/album titles? I have found this to be something that is a HUGE bone of contention for me with the new app - one that bothers me enough that it is kind of the tipping point for me to consider ditching Sonos. I had already considered buying a cheap tablet as a household remote, and am wondering if the display size on a tablet fixes that issue.
