Sonos device no longer visible from personal devices with sonos app

We wanted to put our Sonos 3 in a different location on the office. New location is actually closer and more direct sight line to wireless router. After plugging in again, the play3 is only visible to whatever personal device first connects with the sonos. Before moving the Play3 we were using it wirelessly on the same router and it was being controlled by ~10-15 devices daily with no issues. Works fine plugged into ethernet, but no longer over wifi. What gives?

Got it. We have a solution for you that may help. You can set up your Sonos to be able to connect to your router's WiFi.
