Sonos controller doesn't open on my laptop windows 10

The sonos controller doesn't open on my laptop (windows 10). Have two laptops, problem doesn't appear on the other laptop. Have deleted and reionstalled sonos. Problem remains. Someone has any suggestions what to do?

Hi. Suggestions:
1. Reboot laptop, try again.
2. Investigate firewall / virus checker
3. Make sure that on the misfiring laptop, your home network is set to "private" not "public"
Hi John B, Thanks a lot. After first reboot I checked all (2 and 3 in your suggestions were OK), problem remained. Then I deleted sonos again, rebooted and reinstalled sonos. Now everything works fine again.
