Can't get rid of the chime alarm sound.
I use to have my alarm set to the news every morning and now the chime sound comes up and even when I turn it off I have to choose the news station. I have deleted all the alarms and made sure all chime sounds are not chosen yet when I create a new alarm and I chose the radio station as a "alarm sound" I still get chimes as a sound. How can I solve the problem? Thanks

Try adding another radio statio into “my radio stations” and test with that one. Sonos will default to the Chime if it cannot play the station.
